Windstone Editions is a company specializing in hand-crafted figurines and collectibles, known for their exquisite artistry and loyal customer base.

My Role:
As the sole marketing professional for Windstone Editions, I served as the Head of Marketing, managing all aspects of their online presence and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Created and managed all email newsletters, including restock announcements, product launches, and promotions.

    • Developed strategies to increase open and click-through rates.

    • Managed and grew the company’s presence on Facebook and Instagram.

    • Created all posts, graphics, and captions, ensuring alignment with brand voice and goals.

    • Designed and ran targeted ad campaigns, including a mobile reel ad that achieved above-average engagement and conversions.

  • Created content for newsletters, social media content and ads. I was responsible for the conceptualization, planning, copy and creation of all marketing media.

    • Conceptualized and executed marketing campaigns tailored to the company’s unique audience.

    • Analyzed performance data to refine campaigns and maximize ROI.

Notable Results:

  • Increased Instagram engagement by 30% within 6 months.

  • Maintained an email open rates of over 30%, with standout campaigns exceeding average click-through rates.

  • Created a mobile reel ad that drove significant website traffic and conversions, outperforming static ads. (over 7.5% CTR for over 2 months)
